It is very hard to think creatively when you are grumpy.
It is hard to think creatively when your kids are nattering at you constantly.
I need a quiet space to get the finishing touches done on my storytelling workshop and I can't seem to get a moment's peace around here..................aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

We [our church] has re-instituted the Hope School of Ministry. I was asked to do a workshop on Storytelling. I'll be presenting pitfalls and pointers to great storytelling. Specific storytelling tips for specific ages. There'll be lots of practicing and hands on stuff and demos. Haven't done anything like this for a while so it should be fun!!
BTw I did get my creative thinking done even though there seemed to be much of a whirlwind around me - I got to the eye of the storm where it is calm.
